What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept paypal, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express via Paypal Express checkout. All display prices are in AUD.

How much does shipping cost?

You will be able to see the shipping cost at check out.

Are taxes and duties included in the shipping cost?

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimates. REAL PARENT is unable to anticipate taxes applied by destination country’s Customs Office. Any Additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

For domestic (Australian) orders, GST is included in the listed product price.

Where does REAL PARENT fulfill orders from?

All orders are shipped out of our studios, either in Hong Kong or Sydney, Australia. Depending on destination country and our current stock level, we would ship from Hong Kong or Sydney studio for efficiency.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We ship out all orders within 1-3 business days. Depends on the destination country, most orders arrive between 7-14 business days. If you require a special delivery please email us.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

What are digital products?

A digital / virtual product is a product that we sell online that doesn’t have physical form or substance. If you place an order on our digital product, we will send you the digital files within 24 hours of your purchase. The files are ready to be used and you can use them in whatever digital projects you have.

Can I return my order?

We accept return(s) if
- you received a product different from your order: or
- you received a defective product.

Please email us within seven business days of receipt of your order at daddy@realparent.co with photos of the received products and include the order number, and we will resolve the issue. Items returned must be in their original condition including tags and any packaging.

International Shipping fees are not refundable for Returns or Exchanges.

We do not offer return(s) for
- change of minds
- products are damaged due to your mishandling
- your return request is not prior approved by our staff
